My name's Brian, but I go by the handle tcfjr on the FJR Forum. I live in Temple City, California, and love to ride my 2005 Yamaha FJR1300A.

I'm a member of the Iron Butt Association (#25366), which recognizes documented rides of 1,000 or more miles in a 24-hour period. I did a Saddle Sore 1000 in March, 2006, and another one in March, 2010. I rode 1,530 miles in 22 hours in May, 2010.

To celebrate my 50th birthday in the summer of 2007, I rode from Southern California to Banff, where I met up with my wife for a wonderful week for fun and relaxation. From there, she flew home, and I continued riding up the Alaska Highway into the Yukon, with a short stop-over in the Northwest Territories. From Watson Lake I rode down the Cassiar Highway to Hyder, Alaska, then down through British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon and back home.

In 2009, I completed the Dam Tour, visiting 20 dams in Oregon, Washington, Montana and California.

This site includes details on changes and additions I've done to my bike, things I'd like to get for my bike, rides I've enjoyed, and other motorcycle-related topics.

My personal, non-motorcycle website is goption. You can reach me by e-mail at this address.
